Information we collect
When you request a quote, the form may collect your name, business name, business email, phone number when provided, business location or service area, website address, services, project needs, available brand materials, package interest, and preferred contact method.
After an accepted payment, the private customer intake may also collect approved website copy, public contact details, service information, design preferences, domain information, social links, logos, images, and other project files the customer chooses to provide.
Why we collect it
We use this information to understand your request, determine whether our services may fit your needs, prepare or discuss a quote, and respond using your preferred contact method.
Service providers
Quote requests are stored in Site Starter Co.’s hosted order database. The hosting provider operates that infrastructure. If we enable email notifications, the notification provider processes only the details needed to alert us to a new request. Their handling is also subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
When a customer chooses to pay, Stripe hosts the payment page and processes payment and billing information under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices. Site Starter Co. stores payment status and Stripe transaction references, but does not receive or store complete card numbers.
Structured intake details are stored in the hosted order database. Customer-uploaded project files are stored in private hosted object storage and are available only through the authenticated owner dashboard.
Data security
Quote data is stored behind the private owner dashboard. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access, correction, or deletion
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting Site Starter Co. using the public business contact details below. Some information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for business, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Site Starter Co. uses Google Analytics on its public marketing, quote, privacy, and quote-confirmation pages to understand website visits and how those pages are used. Google Analytics may collect information such as page views, approximate location, device and browser details, traffic source, and interactions, and may use cookies or similar technologies. Site Starter Co. does not load Google Analytics on the owner dashboard, private customer intake, proposal, review, or preview pages.
Google processes Analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices. You may limit cookies through your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out tools where available. Site Starter Co. does not use advertising pixels at this time.
